uses, target audience, nutritional values, shelf life
and storage recommendation together with serving suggestions.
Menu leaflets and money off coupons were designed and
produced.

65,700 people were sampled in one day. Sales increased
by 533% for the week of the demonstration and increased
sales were maintained the following week with a 212%
increase against the week prior to the activity.
Concept Launch
Objective:
To set up new instore fixtures and introduce a new sales
concept in the UK
Mechanics:
Promotional staff were interviewed and selected to client
profile. Training sessions were held to educate staff
on this new and exciting concept. Every store opening
hour was covered by detailed shift scheduling. Teams
engaged the public in competitions, sampling, product
demonstrations as well as educating the public on the
new venture.
Results:
Stores had been tasked to achieve specified sales targets
and in every case this was quadrupled in the first week
with sales being maintained at between 3 and 5 times
over target during the next 3 weeks as the activity
continued. Following the success of the first launch
plans are to extend nationally.
